RETURNS /CANCELLATION
For Domestic Orders

The customer should contact us within 24 hours of placing the order for the address change, cancellation or replacement. The customer can return the product with in 7 business days of receiving. If 7 business days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that customer received it. The customer must share a valid tracking ID with us while returning the product. 

Return shipping will be borne by the customer. 

For International Orders

Our policy lasts 15 days for international orders. If 15 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that customer received it.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

We'll take about  10-12 days to process the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund/order cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (PayPal), within 48 hours. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once the order is cancelled, a refund is made with in refund duration as stated above. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The refund is settled through original payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase (PayPal).

CUSTOM ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)
No refund or replacement can be offered on custom made items (including made to order hand block printed fabrics).

RUNNING FABRICS / TRIMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Fabric pieces of 10 yards length or more are eligible for return and refund. We will not accept returns for lengths smaller than 10 yards. To be eligible for a refund, the product should be returned in unused condition. 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at desicraftshop [at] gmail [dot] com and send your item to the return address mentioned on your package.


GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
 
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address mentioned on your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
